Yes, we use non-toxic cleaning products for all our residential services and premier add-ons. Chemical cleaning companies have done a fantastic job of ensuring products are both effective and safe for humans and pets. While we don’t recommend drinking them (keep them out of little hands’ reach!), we always rinse or flush products thoroughly. That way, you come home or return to your office to a clean and organized space without worrying about lingering toxins.

While Indiana doesn’t require licensing for cleaning companies, Christina's Complete Clean sets the bar high with continuous training for all our cleaning staff. Our team members hold certifications like the IICRC House Cleaning Technician Certificate Course and GBAC Cleaning & Disinfecting for Coronavirus - SARS 2. Additionally, our in-house training program ensures all staff are well-versed in industry best practices, whether they're providing house maid services or working as part of our office cleaning company. We’re committed to staying at the forefront of the cleaning industry through ongoing education and training.

To maximize the effectiveness of our professional cleaning services, ensure that floors and counters are clear of clutter such as shoes, toys, and papers. Whether it’s a residential clean or an apartment cleaning service, the more accessible the area, the more thorough our cleaning can be. And remember, you hired us to clean, so don’t worry about cleaning beforehand!

Most clients choose weekly or bi-weekly residential cleaning services, depending on their schedules and preferences. If you’re strapped for time or simply don’t enjoy cleaning, a weekly service might be perfect for you. If you can handle some cleaning yourself, bi-weekly might be a better fit. For those who need less frequent cleaning, we offer monthly options, though many clients quickly opt for more frequent cleanings, as they love having those tasks off their to-do lists!

Feel free to go about your day as usual. You can provide our office with an entry code, or you can meet your cleaning specialists when they arrive and then leave if you wish. For those working from home, just let us know, and we’ll accommodate any sound or room access needs during your cleaning.

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning, please notify our office as early as possible. To manage our schedule effectively, cancellation and rescheduling fees do apply. Check your C3 Terms and Conditions or contact our office for the latest details.

An initial clean sets the foundation for all future cleanings. It involves a deeper level of cleaning, such as removing mildew and hard water deposits, to bring the space up to a baseline level. This initial session is usually longer and may involve additional team members to ensure that subsequent cleanings maintain this standard.
