We’re looking for Cleaning Technicians who are naturally detail-oriented, love a clear system, and take pride in doing things the right way—every time.

What You’ll Do
As a C3 Cleaning Technician, you’ll:
- Provide meticulous, professional cleaning for homes and small offices
- Follow a proven system we call “Christina’s Way” to ensure every detail is covered
- Use checklists and mobile apps (Housecall Pro, Slack, QuickBooks Time) to manage your work
- Communicate with kindness and professionalism—with clients and teammates alike
- Maintain your tools, represent the C3 brand, and help clients feel truly cared for

What You'll Need:
- A reliable vehicle and smartphone (apps are essential)
- The ability to lift 30 lbs, bend, squat, kneel, and clean actively for several hours
- A strong sense of personal integrity and accountability
- Respect for client confidentiality and professional standards
- A willingness to work in homes with pets, children, and high-end expectations
