Meet Bailie!

While clients deal with their already-busy days, Bailie likes giving them the “sigh of relief” that cleaning is one less thing they have to worry about. She goes into every home as she would expect someone to enter hers. She continues seeking further education on best cleaning practices and always treats our clients with the utmost care. Recently, Baile earned her House Cleaning Certification from the IICRC! We’re so proud of her and are excited to see how she continues to grow.

Prior to working for Christina’s Complete Clean, Bailie was a preschool teacher. With this background which required annual health and sanitation training, as well as a whole lot of patience, Bailie has flourished as a lead technician and we’re looking forward to having her begin helping with our training of new hires, as well.

Knowing she is helping someone is her biggest motivation when it comes to her career. Being able to help alleviate stress for someone else really makes her feel she is making a difference and is very rewarding. She believes it is important to do your best in whatever you’re doing. She knows there is always something that could be improved or something new to learn, and is eager to stay on top of industry developments to remain informed and educated.

Bailie grew up in Milwaukee with her parents and four siblings and moved to Indianapolis when she was 18. She has a passion for photography and is currently working on a side-business in that medium. When she’s not taking photos, you’ll find her with family. Recently married in January of 2019, she and her husband are living happily with their two dogs. She also loves spending time with her siblings and their families. Bailie takes pride in being an awesome aunt to all of her nieces and nephews…whenever she’s had a long day, a few moments with them can be very therapeutic. Outside of family time and building a photography business, Bailie has been dabbling in painting and also loves a good crafting-session.
